DEFINITION OF TIME MANAGEMENT :

The ability to use one's time effectively or productively, especially at work.

PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination, the act of putting off intentionally of doing something that should be done. It is also a source of great stress and anxiety for many people.

REASONS TO PROCRASTINATE :
  1.  Too Lazy                                          
  2.  Being Perfectionist
  3.  Try To Avoid Failure                              
  4.  Often Get Distract
  5.  Being Rebellious                        
  6.  Felling Overwhelmed
  7.  Fear Of The Unknown
  8.  Lack Of Motivation


WHY AVOID PROCRASTINATION

  1.     Student can manage their work and finish their assignments on time
  2.     Student can avoid from stress because of procrastination
  3.     Student can avoid from being expelled from university
PRACTICAL WAYS TO AVOID PROCRASTINATION
  1.      Break your work into little steps
  2.      Change your environment
  3.      Create a detailed timeline with specific deadlines
  4.      Hang out with people who inspire you to take action
  5.      Prioritized important assignements
  6.      Believe in you ability
